Karen Griffin & Michael Hennessy of Inland Fisheries Ireland will introducte pupils of Pobail Scoil, Inver Sceine in Kenmare to what is happening in the rivers in their area where invasive species threaten precious aquatic habitats.
These freshwater ecologists from IFI will give a presentation on Invasive species/control and will be able to provide the transition year students in the school with examples of the different species involved.
